Dress in RED and get creative. Our yummy Bananas are supplied by Coles (Seaford; get theirs from the Patterson Lakes store), and they are enjoyed by athletes Australia-wide.

Participate in the Banana Relay and other fun games in between our usual events.

Walk program - events begin at 8am

Our friends from Mentone LAC host a fun Relay Day for all centres.
Teams of 4 compete in relay events:
4×100m,
4× 200m,
4x Swedish (1st Runner runs 100m, 2nd Runner - 200m, 3rd Runner - 300m, 4th Runner - 400m)

Join Team SLACers and compete in the12th Annual Seaford Wetlands Fun Run.

Hosted by Rotary Peninsula 2.0 and Seaford Little Athletics Centre, enjoy the wonderful and protected Seaford Wetlands as you and your family run the track.

Starting from Patterson River Secondary College, Eel Race Rd, Seaford and heading out in to the Seaford Wetlands and back in a 2k, 5k or 10k Fun Run.

Join us for a FUN Christmas themed night and compete the in the annualSeaford North Local Grocer (IGA) GIFT

Dress in your Christmas Cheer (but make sure you can still run comfortably) and we may just get a very special visitor flying in from far far away 🎅
