Family Duties
Families are the backbone of this Centre, and without their support, we couldn’t have the programs we do.
Weekly Duties
The Duty Roster is updated each Monday and Set-Up / Pack-Up notification emails are sent to the respective age groups at the same time.
We do require families (not individuals) to complete 4 duties per season, which allows Committee, Life Members and Age Group Mangers to focus on ensuring our Athetes have a safe and fun Center Program each week.

Volunteering at the Canteen can mean BBQ duty, taking payment, assembling the hot food orders, or picking orders from stock. If you want to do something specific within Canteen volunteering, please specify in your volunteer form.
-
Set up duties start at 7am to make sure we can have an 8am race walk and 8:30am program kick off. This includes setting up each event, organising all the Age Manager folders, and even setting up the time gates.
-
Pack down duties include putting away all equipment, cleaning the Canteen, and resetting the clubhouse.
-
You’ll be on the BBQ churning through all the hot food people want for the day
-
Catchers are the people at the end of the track past the time gates that help keep the athletes in order to get their time recorded against their name properly.
-
Timers make sure the track results are captured and uploaded to the correct athlete
